How to make your “sits” more comfortable

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all to meditating, although some may make you think there is.

I suggest sitting in the way that works best for you. Whether that be sitting on a cushion cross-legged, sitting in a chair (feet on ground), lying down, standing up, feet up the wall, you get the picture…

This is an experience for you to feel safe, loved, and comfortable. As long as you can feel the existence that exists within you, you can sit (or stand) how ever you like.

I will say that if you’re new to meditating, you should find a “quieter” place, as your thoughts and outside noise, might be too much to cut through.
